ZV Rack and Pinion Drives

The ZV Rack and Pinion Drives are flexible rack and pinion drives for automation and robotics. This series of rack and pinion drives have zero backlash and interlocking shaft hub connection. With Helical gearing and Pinion toothing quality of 7, they can be attached to gear units of the PE, P, PA, KS, KL and K series.

• Lubrication system – fast and simple options to automate your rack’s lubrication, including a felt pinion gear
• Accurate – Delivers linear positioning as accurate as 20 µm or .0008 inches
• Quality – pinion gearing quality 7 and case hardened and ground
• Feed Force (kN): 1.1 – 17
• Feed Speed (m/s): Up to 4.7
• Linear Backlash (µm): ≤ 20
