Gocator 2100 Series

The Gocator 2100 series of 3D smart sensors is an all-in-one solution that lets factories improve efficiencies in product validation at a fraction of the cost of other sophisticated solutions. Providing the same measurement tools and output support available in high-end sensors, Gocator 2100 series systems can easily scale up to larger systems or higher resolutions.

• Use Gocator® 2100 for cost-effective inline quality inspection applications where the highest resolution is not required.
• VGA imager. 640 points per profile resolution
• Field-of-view up to 1260 mm
• Measurement range up to 1350 mm

• Ensuring field of view and scan precision is adequate
• Calculating needed scan rate for desired throughput
• Verifying mounting compatibility, form factor checks, etc…
• Ensuring all necessary accessories are also specified
