IMPACT Software

Datalogic IMPACT Software Suite allows users to create unique inspection programs and develop user interfaces quickly and easily. IMPACT provides a Software Development Kit (SDK) that guarantees full integration of machine vision monitoring capabilities into HMI software applications. It has Vision Program Manager (VPM) which provides hundreds of image processing and analysis functions. Also, Control Panel Manager (CPM) is available, which simplifies development of operator interfaces with the ability to make on-the-fly adjustments to critical machine controls.

IMPACT Software Key features:

• Over 120 inspection tools and 50 user interface controls to assist with any vision application.
• Other addon tools are available such as object detector and advanced optical character recognition (OCR).
• Developers need only to drag-and-drop tools into the tree view and set parameters, making setup easy to use.
