Built atop a durable MiR250 AMR platform, ER-FLEX combines a mobile base with UR collaborative arms (UR7e through UR16e), reaching payloads up to 17.5 kg. It’s outfitted with 360° safety sensors, ISO PL D compliance, and force sensing for safe human-robot interaction.
ER-ABILITY Control & Vision: Program and manage with ER-ABILITY: a web-based interface offering scheduling, block-programming, and system integration via REST, OPC-UA, and ROS. Vision features include quick marker calibration, 2D/3D object detection, and pose estimation for flexible handling tasks.
