Seth Garrison

Chief Executive Officer

Seth joined In-Position Technologies in 2015 as a Sales Engineer and worked his way up to CEO over 10 years. He has contributed to all aspects of the business, from sales and finances to customer applications, building a foundation of technical expertise and loyalty. As CEO, Seth focuses on sustaining the company’s culture while driving future growth.

Previously, he was a Systems Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace, where he led the MC-21 aircraft’s engine control design to a successful signed SOW. Seth’s leadership bridges customer needs and business goals. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from ASU, a Six Sigma Green Belt, and certifications from Parker, Universal Robots, MiR, ACS Controls, and QC Conveyors.

Christian Hunter

Director of Sales

Christian graduated from Utah State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Entrepreneurship. Since his start with In-Position Technologies in 2016, he has held roles as Applications Engineer, Sales Engineer and currently manages our sales team across AZ, CO, NM, UT and CA.

He is passionate about education and has helped build our K-12 educational robot program where we have worked with 200+ schools across the country. He has helped many manufacturers deploy robotics and motion controls systems, but vision systems remain his favorite products. His deep appreciation for their capabilities stems from his time as an intern where he spent countless hours manually inspecting orthopedic plates and screws.

Dan Eick

Cheif Operating Officer

Dan is an accomplished operations leader with over 20 years of experience in optimizing efficiency, quality assurance, and program management. As COO at In-Position Technologies since 2016, he oversees production, operations, and customer service, driving growth through streamlined processes and innovation.

Previously, Dan worked at Rinchem as a Senior Quality Specialist, leading global ISO compliance and managing an international chemical warehouse in China. At Intel, he held roles like Operations Manager and Senior Program Manager, overseeing multi-million-dollar projects and cross-functional teams.

Dan holds a degree in business management, is ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor certified, and has completed PMI and APICS supply chain training.

Dave Kush

Director of AMR Integration

Dave has nearly 25 years of engineering experience and has spent the last 6 years with In-Position Technologies as director of the autonomous mobile robot team. He has managed the deployment of around 100 mobile robots, collaborating with customers and vendors to ensure seamless transitions into mobile robot technology.

Dave combines technical expertise with hands-on involvement, meeting with customers, designing systems, writing proposals, and managing projects. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and is skilled in robotics systems, machine vision, embedded software, mechanical design, and CNC machining. Dave excels at solving complex automation challenges while mentoring the next generation of engineers.

Carlo Mendoza

Engineering Manager

Carlo graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2008 and began working at In-Position Technologies shortly after as an applications engineer. With expertise in mechanical design, electrical design, and programming, he quickly excelled in electromechanical automation and robotics.

As customer projects evolved into OEM opportunities, Carlo helped establish processes for engineering and production to ensure quality delivery. Over 9+ years, he has guided customers in designing custom motion solutions and bringing products to market. Since late 2018, Carlo has managed the applications engineering group.
