The Gocator 5500 Series introduces patented line confocal imaging (LCI) to LMI’s family of smart 3D sensors. These advanced sensors are purpose-built to deliver simultaneous 3D topography, 3D tomography, and 2D intensity data. In addition, the unique dual-axis optical design improves signal quality when working with challenging, multi-layer, or transparent materials. As a result, the 5500 Series sets a new benchmark for high-speed, high-precision inspection in Semiconductor, EV Battery, and Consumer Electronics manufacturing.
