Matrix 410N Image-Based ID Scanner

Matrix 410N Image-Based ID Scanner

The Matrix 410N image-based ID scanner is flexible and easily configurable. It can function as a single device reading station or in a multiple device layout to scan larger areas or multiple sides. Additionally, the Matrix 410N offers image-saving functions for reading case reviews, such as “No Reads.” It can store up to 3,000 images onboard or transfer them to external FTP clients.

Datalogic’s stationary industrial scanners provide outstanding advantages. For example, they are specifically engineered for applications not permanently monitored by operators. These applications include barcode reading for track and trace, as well as omnidirectional stations for sorting and tracking. Additionally, the scanners excel in image processing for inspection and quality control, along with OCR and OCV for verification. Furthermore, Datalogic supports widely used industrial interfaces and protocols, ensuring seamless integration into any industrial installation.

In-Position Technologies supports Datalogic’s line of:

• Industrial controllers and connectivity
• Laser Bar Code Scanners
• Image-Based ID Scanners
• Dimensioners
• Linear Cameras

When starting a new stationary industrial scanners project, In-Position Technologies engineers start by reviewing the key requirements to determine the optimum scanner for the job. They perform all necessary engineering calculations to make sure the scanner performs as required, within customer specification, and without unnecessary cost. They will also recommend the appropriate software and tools that will best fit the application.

When ordering the Matrix 410N Image-Based ID Scanner as a part of a full system, IP Tech engineers review the solution to ensure:

• All parts and accessories necessary for a complete working solution are included
• All components have been checked and verified to work together as a system
• The selected components will perform as required by the project specifications
