Solution

In-Position Technologies worked closely with the customer to analyze their existing process and develop a custom-built machine tailored to their specifications. By fostering a collaborative partnership, we successfully created a first-article build within just 45 days. The solution included a fully integrated system capable of automating the data retrieval process while exporting a .csv file for detailed quality control documentation.

This approach not only improved throughput but also drastically reduced instances of inaccurate data. The machine’s design exemplified our commitment to creating precise, reliable solutions for specialized applications.
