Fieldbus Toolkit Connectivity Device

Fieldbus Toolkit Connectivity Device

The Fieldbus Toolkit Connectivity Device is the primary development kit whenever you have to connect Datalogic Fieldbus powered devices to most common PLC systems. You have not to start from scratch the implementation of application drivers (i.e. DAD driver) or remote configuration (i.e. host mode); thanks to the Fieldbus-Toolkit you can integrate into your PLC applications samples and components.

The outstanding advantages of Datalogic’s stationary industrial scanners is that they are engineer for applications that are not permanently monitored by operators: Bar code reading for track & trace, Omnidirectional stations for sorting and tracking, Image processing for inspection and quality control, OCR and OCV for verification. Datalogic has the most used industrial interfaces and protocols, and easily integrates into any industrial installation.

In-Position Technologies supports Datalogic’s line of:

• Industrial controllers and connectivity
• Laser Bar Code Scanners
• Image-Based ID Scanners
• Dimensioners
• Linear Cameras

When starting a new stationary industrial scanners project, In-Position Technologies engineers start by reviewing the key requirements to determine the optimum scanner for the job. They perform all necessary engineering calculations to make sure the scanner performs as required, within customer specification, and without unnecessary cost. They will also recommend the appropriate software and tools that will best fit the application.

When ordering the Fieldbus Toolkit Connectivity Device as a part of a full system, IP Tech engineers review the solution to ensure:

• All parts and accessories necessary for a complete working solution are included
• All components have been checked and verified to work together as a system
• The selected components will perform as required by the project specifications
